Refund Policy — Overview
At Unique Leather Bracelets, we want you to be completely satisfied. We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
When to File an Order Protection Claim
If your situation involves any of these issues, your order qualifies for our FREE Order Protection service. Instead of returning immediately, you should file a claim through that service:

Stolen during shipping

Delivered but you did not receive it

Lost in transit

Arrived damaged

Received the wrong item
-
Wrong address due to carrier error

Return Conditions (Non-Claim Situations)
If your issue does not qualify for an Order Protection claim, here are the conditions for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a tracking number for the return.
Also, to process a return you'll need proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)
Partial Refunds
You may get a partial refund in these cases:

If the item is not in original condition, or is damaged, or missing parts and it’s not due to our error.

If returning more than 90 days after delivery.
Refunds / Processing

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue your refund.

The credit goes back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if no valid tracking number is provided.
Store Credit Policy

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you're claiming you didn’t receive it, we’ll first try to resolve via the Order Protection service.

If the claim cannot be resolved that way, store credit may be issued.
Exchanges

All exchange cases (lost, stolen, wrong item, etc.) are handled using our Order Protection service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value once the returned item is received.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift-giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return shipping cost is your responsibility and is non-refundable. It will be deducted from your refund if not already accounted for.

Use a trackable shipping service, and keep the tracking number until the return is fully processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company; sometimes there's processing delay.

Contact your bank—there may be delays on their end.
